How do I check/track my order status?
For each shipment, you will receive a tracking link by email. Considering we use more than 10 different carriers to insure a cost-effective shipping, we don’t provide a centralized tracking page.
How do I place an order?
Just browse in our large catalog and add the items you want in your cart. Then simply checkout and follow the steps. Departement and businesses can send us an email to get a NET 30 terms.
When will my order be processed?
Depending on the stock status of the item(s) you ordered, you order can qualify for sameday shipping or can take up to 30-45 days if you purchase 1 or more backordered/custom made item(s).
Shipping & Returns
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Depending on the service you selected at the checkout, it can be from 24h to more than 30 days.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. No return, except for product received damaged by the carrier or defective on arrival. You must contact us within 12 hours after the delivery confirmation timestamp to notify us of the problem. Past this delay, claim will be declinded automatically.
